We stand behind the quality and durability of our Brewbridge reusable coffee pods, and we offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee covers any defects that arise during normal use of the product.

If you experience any issues with your Brewbridge reusable coffee pods due to defects in materials or workmanship, please fill out our contact form, or contact our customer service team at info@brewbridge.co.uk, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We will either repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.

Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the product. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear will not be covered under this guarantee.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Brewbridge reusable coffee pods. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form, or our customer service team at info@brewbridge.co.uk, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a return, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account. Please note that Brewbridge reusable coffee pods are excluded from our returns policy if they have been used, due to hygiene reasons.
